“Internally, we have always been working well with sales leadership and in a creative way, but we needed to document and package best practice – to make it a “guide” for new and existing employees. Because of that, we are now working on our “Way of selling”, together with Mindit. This has meant that we can fine-tune our methods based on what we see works best, and at the same time encourage more people to try new things. It is also an excellent support in onboarding new employees, and something we can fall back on in new situations or scenario. “
We have identified and work in a structured way with four different meeting types – this means that we can dive deep into how we best prepare, implement and follow up on the sales process. Based on customer value, we now have a structure for how we can best help customers with different needs.
