In her various roles, both as an entrepreneur and employee, Maritha has gained a broad insight into many different industries. Maritha is also accredited within Insights Discovery, which measures behavior patterns (a global PTC validated tool by both DNV-GL and BPS). With over 4,000 training days, Maritha has developed people all over the world and she has worked with both global organizations and smaller companies. Maritha has coached leaders and salespeople at all levels and specializes in sales, leadership development, talent management, team efficiency and employee engagement.
